Ingredients

  • Rigatoni pasta

  • Onion (chopped)

  • 3-4 c (approximately) shredded cheese

  • 4 c Milk

  • 5 eggs

  • Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box.

  2. Sweat onions until tender in a pan.

  3. In a 13x9 dish, spray with cooking spray and add pasta and onions.

  4. In a small mixing bowl or measuring cup whisk together the milk and eggs.

  5. Add egg mixture over pasta.

  6. Add the desired amount of shredded cheese and mix to incorporate.

  7. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 35 minutes.

  8. If desired, add more cheese on top and put it back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

  9. Dash on your favorite flavor of Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water and enjoy!
