Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 white potatoes, cubed

  • Olive oil

  • ½ tsp Onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder or chopped fresh garlic

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water

Preparation

  1. Leave the skin on the potatoes if you wish. Wash, then cube the potatoes and put them in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add just enough olive oil to coat the potatoes.

  3. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.

  4. Stir to fully coat potatoes.

  5. Spray an oven-safe dish with cooking spray. Spoon potatoes into the dish.

  6. Cover with tin foil.

  7. Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until fork tender.

  8. Remove tin foil for the last 10 minutes for slightly crunchy skin.

  9. Shake on some Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water of your choice and enjoy!
